All our packages include Xero and Receipt Bank to help you run your business more efficiently. Additionally, your annual accounts and tax return are included at no extra cost, so you never receive a surprise bill from us at your year end.
We agree all costs up front and you are sent an electronic quotation to look over and approve for any work that may fall outside of our packages (e.g. additional PAYE, book keeping, tax planning) so you remain fully in control of your overheads.

This is the award winning online book keeping system that we will use to manage your day to day affairs. It can be accessed via PC, Mac, Linux, Tablet, Smartphone – you just need internet access and a browser.

You can access the software from anywhere with an internet connection. Therefore you have no backup issues, and your software is always up to date.

Your license fee for using Xero is automatically included in the monthly fee you pay to us. For the apprentice package you get Xero’s cashbook plan, and for all other packages you get Xero’s medium plan. These can of course be upgraded at any time for a small additional fee if you need extra functionality (such as multi-currency).

This takes the usage of Xero to a whole new level.
By using one of several different methods, all your receipts will be scanned directly into Xero and will magically appear in the correct category. You will never have to enter an expense or purchase into your book keeping software again. Additionally, you will now have a permanent electronic copy of your receipt that doesn’t fade, get lost or get eaten by your dog…
Imagine the following scenarios:
You stop at a stationery shop and purchase something for your business. Whilst walking back to your car, simply photograph the receipt using a free app. Job done.
A supplier emails you an invoice. Just click forward and send it to a unique email address that’s been set up for you. Job done.
Whilst you are away on holiday, one of your staff incurs some expenses that need to be reclaimed at the end of the month. No problem – they just use their smartphone to capture these expenses ready for you to approve with a simple mouse click when you return. Job done.
Your monthly payment to us includes the basic license for Receipt Bank which is subject to a fair usage policy of 75 documents per month. This is more than enough for most businesses, but if you need a bit more then this can be easily upgraded for a small extra fee.

These statutory accounts are prepared to the highest standard and double checked for accuracy. We then send these to you electronically for you to approve by e-signature. All the relevant documents are then electronically filed with the appropriate authorities, so you can sit back and relax knowing that your financial affairs are all taken care of.
This is our main method for monitoring your business and being able to give you some truly proactive tax advice. The reports include an executive summary, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash summary and give a real insight into the health of the business and how things are going.
We will present these reports in a colourful and interesting format so that you can really see how the numbers are affecting your business. The built in budget manager in Xero allows us to work together to create goals for you and monitor how well you are achieving these.
It never ceases to amaze us how few businesses take cash flow seriously. Yet in our experience, it is the number one reason why businesses fail. You can have a great looking profit and loss sheet, but if you have no cash you will go bust!
We pull all your financial information across from Xero, so that we can report on your historical transactions, view your sales pipeline and look at your up to date bank balance. Armed with this information, we can present a cashflow forecast so that you can see exactly what’s going on in your business, and advise you accordingly.
We work really closely alongside you, and our relationship on this package begins by finding out exactly where you currently are with your business and where you would like it to be in the future.
Whatever Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are important to you can be monitored and advised upon. This could be debtor control, staff productivity, liquidity and so forth. It’s different for each client, and is tailored to be unique to your requirements. It can even report on your marketing productivity and website traffic through integration with Google Analytics!
This report then forms the basis for providing further support and analysis on your business, and allows us to be truly pro-active in helping to reach your financial goals.
